  2. Contractual Agreement: We will provide a statement of work or contract that clearly outlines the services, timelines, and deliverables.

  3. Implementation & Collaboration: Our consulting services are typically provided via email, phone calls, video conferencing, or in-person meetings (as arranged and agreed upon).

  4. Completion & Handover: Upon conclusion of the project or engagement, we will provide final deliverables and a summary of the work performed, subject to any specific provisions in the contract.

4. Payment Terms

  • Billing Method: We do not process payments through our website. Upon completion of the agreed-upon work, you will be invoiced directly.

  • Payment Timeline: Clients are expected to remit payment according to the invoice due date (usually within Five days, as stated in the contract).

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. No Refund Policy

  • Post-Service Charges: Since charges are only applied after the consulting work has been completed and delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • Quality Assurance: If you have any concerns about the services provided, please contact us so we can address them promptly.
